The introduction of these colors is the result of cooperation with Grupa Azoty S.A. and represents an important step towards sustainable development and innovation in the lighting industry.
These three new colors of ECO Lamps are made of compostable material – potato starch. Colorful variants of vanilla yellow, mint green and powder pink add a unique character to each lamp, while remaining fully compostable, which is in line with the COLORISED philosophy of ecological products.
These materials were developed by Grupa Azoty S.A., and COLORISED is pleased to be the first company to test them in a production environment. As with the original pearl white thermoplastic starch, the new materials perform perfectly and require no additional preparatory work or post-processing. Moreover, the dyes used in the new colors are food grade, which was extremely important in the context of maintaining the ecological nature of production.
