COLORISED is the first in the world to introduce protective rings for mounting lighting on stretch ceilings made of PVC foil. The rings are made of two innovative materials. ECO MATERIAL with temperature resistance up to 90°C and self-extinguishing material with UL94 V0 certificate in accordance with the IEC 60695-11-10 standard. Rings come in two colors by default – black and white. Additionally – on special order, ECO rings can appear in red, blue and gray colors.
Protective rings are available in sizes ⌀50 – ⌀205 mm, with a step of 5 mm on the diameter (i.e. 50-55-60-65 (…) 205 mm) in the shape of circles or squares with rounded corners. At the same time, it is possible to order any size (up to 300 mm) with a non-standard shape or internal dimensions (e.g. rectangles with an edge width of 10 or 20 mm).

Protective rings made of ECO MATERIAL
ECO MATERIAL, from which our protective rings are made, is based on a high-performance biopolymer with a softening point (VICAT) of up to 100°C and heat resistance (HDT B) of up to 90°C. It is fully biodegradable and compostable in industrial conditions, as defined by the EN 13432 standard. The bio-base comes from non-genetically modified (GMO-free) sources. The material is also food grade (although not applicable for this application).
ECO rings are available in black or white by default, but they can be made in red, blue (blue) and dark gray.

Rings made of self-extinguishing material
The protective rings are made of an innovative self-extinguishing material with the UL94 V0 certificate in accordance with the IEC 60695-11-10 standard. Self-extinguishing materials have a chemical composition that slows down and eventually stops the flame once it starts to burn. When the protective rings start to burn, a charred crust forms on their surface. It prevents oxygen from entering and fanning the flame. Eventually the flame extinguishes itself.
The material has been tested by the renowned company UL Solutions, obtaining the UL94 V0 class. The tests were carried out in accordance with the IEC 60695-11-10 standard and gave the result of the class UL94 V0.
Rings come in only two colors: black and white.
